A chef for 20 years, Chris is well versed in the culinary arts and creative in his developments and execution of new and exciting menus. His varied background working with country clubs and larger hotels gave him a great variety of experiences and a unique perspective which contributed to his culinary leadership and tenure at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. During this time, Chris completed their prestigious apprenticeship program under one of the nation's rare certified master chefs Peter Timmins C.M.C. His career opportunities also led him to Palmetto Dunes Resort and Sea Pines Country Club both on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Chris continued his career as Executive Chef at the Country Club of Sapphire Valley in North Carolina. Before joining Naples Lakes, Chris served as the Executive Chef at Grey Oaks Country Club here in Naples since 2013. He created dishes that focused on local organic produce and proteins to highlight a healthy lifestyle. Chris was instrumental in the planning, kitchen design and grand opening of the Pool Cafe for Grey Oaks in 2016.
